About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and AI-first AI Content Producer to join the team working on Wildchords, the next-generation game developed by Off Beat Studio that helps children under 12 learn to play guitar.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable using AI tools to produce the sound and visual assets the product needs and who enjoys learning by doing, experimenting with new technologies, and adapting quickly to changing project needs.

You will work closely with the engineering team and other members of the core team, translating project briefs into concrete deliverables and supporting the creation, implementation, and management of content across the product.

Responsibilities:

• Produce sound and visual assets for Wildchords using AI tools, moving between tasks as the project needs.
• Translate the team's brief into concrete deliverables, without pushing a personal creative agenda.
• Pick up creative tools quickly (GarageBand, DAWs, video editing software) as needed.
• Present work in a format the team can act on, and implement it in our publishing tools.
• Upload and manage content in the backend independently, so engineering doesn't have to.
• Work closely with the engineering team day-to-day, available on Slack for support.
• Work 4 days a week with the core team, from a coworking space near the train station in Munich.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation.
• Experience using AI tools to create sound, voice, visual, or other digital assets.
• Familiarity with tools such as ElevenLabs, Suno, FFmpeg, or similar AI and creative technologies.
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn new tools and technologies as required.
• Comfortable experimenting, learning by doing, and working in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong multidisciplinary mindset and flexibility to move between different types of creative and production tasks.
• Ability to translate briefs and requirements into concrete deliverables.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Working knowledge of German, as the role may involve supporting testing activities with local users.
• Genuine interest in creating products and experiences for children.
• Ability to work with the core team in Munich four days per week.

Nice to Have:

• Musical background or musical ability.
• Experience with music production, GarageBand, DAWs, or other audio production tools.
• Experience with video editing or visual content production.
• Previous experience working with digital products, games, apps, or content platforms.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams alongside engineers and product teams.

Initial fixed term contract of 3 months, engaged as an external provider (not an employee role at this stage).
