Engagement Details:
- Freelance/Subcontractor position.
- Expected commitment: 10–20 hours per week.
- Availability required between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM UK time, Monday through Friday.
- Fully remote position.
- Potential for increased workload and hours based on business requirements.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a subcontractor basis, supporting a variety of translation and localization projects. This role offers an initial commitment of approximately 10–20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours based on business needs and project volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage translation and localization projects from initiation through delivery.
- Coordinate linguists, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and project teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Work within established workflows, processes, and quality standards.
Requisitos
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the Language Services Industry (LSP).
- Proven experience managing translation and localization projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing projects for Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare clients.
- Familiarity with quality standards, compliance requirements, and processes within regulated industries.
- Understanding of localization workflows in highly regulated environments.
