We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team!
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must reside in Zapopan, Jalisco.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, user-facing features and applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build scalable and maintainable frontend architectures, including reusable component libraries and design systems.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate complex requirements and detailed designs into reality.
- Proactively optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Mentor junior engineers, lead by example in code quality, and drive best practices in testing (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Drive technical decision-making, contribute to the team's frontend roadmap, and help shape the future of our user interfaces.
- Consume and collaborate on the design of REST and GraphQL APIs.
Requisitos
What You'll Need
- 8+ years of professional frontend development experience, with a significant focus on React.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and the modern React ecosystem (e.g., Hooks, Context, Redux/Zustand).
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling patterns (e.g., CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, CSS Modules).
- Experience with frontend build tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack), package management (npm/yarn), and CI/CD pipelines.
- A strong passion for user experience, performance, and building intuitive, accessible interfaces.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with GraphQL (consuming APIs, e.g., Apollo Client) is a strong plus.
- Experience leveraging modern IDEs and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development cycles.
