We are looking for a talented Embedded C++ / IoT Developer with hands-on experience in embedded Linux systems and development for resource-constrained hardware platforms. You will work on high-performance, low-footprint software for real-time devices, collaborating closely with hardware and firmware teams to deliver reliable, field-deployed IoT solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to next-generation connected devices in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize C++ applications for embedded and IoT devices with limited memory, processing power, and storage.
- Work closely with Hardware Engineers and firmware teams to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware.
- Develop device drivers, hardware abstraction layers (HAL), and middleware for microcontrollers and embedded platforms.
- Build and maintain software for Linux-based embedded systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and low power consumption.
- Debug, test, and validate software using hardware simulators, logic analyzers, and debugging tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, BLE, and Zigbee).
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices.
Requisitos
Requirements:
- Strong experience in C++ development for embedded systems.
- Hands-on experience with embedded Linux.
- Experience in IoT development and constrained systems.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, RTOS, and low-level hardware integration.
- Knowledge of communication protocols (MQTT, BLE, Zigbee, etc.) is a plus.
- Located in Buenos Aires, available for on-site meetings when required.
