We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead meaningful, high-impact projects in a dynamic, international environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish, collaborating with diverse teams, and building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in turning client needs into clear plans and ensuring smooth, high-quality delivery every step of the way.
Candidates must be based in Vietnam.
- Working Hours: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (GMT +7)
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time delivery and full compliance with client requirements, quality standards, and internal processes.
- Apply strong analytical thinking to understand client needs, translate them into clear project plans, and oversee execution throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Allocate projects to appropriate linguistic and technical resources, coordinating closely with internal support teams as needed.
- Monitor project progress, proactively managing risks, issues, and changes to scope, timelines, or resources.
- Adapt effectively to innovation, evolving tools, and changing business needs, ensuring continuous process improvement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and high levels of satisfaction.

- Ability to deliver clear, timely, and audience-appropriate communication across all stakeholder levels.
- Proven experience managing expectations, navigating conflicts, and maintaining alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Planning & Organizational Skills
- Strong capability to translate objectives into actionable project plans, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, dependencies, and milestones.
- Ability to maintain structure and control in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Proactive identification and assessment of project risks.
- Decisive and effective issue resolution to protect scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
- Decision-Making & Problem Solving
- Comfort working with incomplete or ambiguous information.
- Ability to evaluate trade-offs, make sound decisions under pressure, and take full ownership of outcomes.
