We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with deep QuickBooks expertise to oversee our financial operations and supervise our Billing Coordinators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. In this role, you will supervise the Billing Coordinators, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition. You will be expected to streamline billing processes, implement best practices, and maintain strong internal controls. Your QuickBooks proficiency will be essential in managing our accounting system, generating financial reports, and ensuring data integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor the Billing Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Manage cash flow and oversee accounts payable and receivable.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage organizational budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity in QuickBooks.
  • Identify financial trends and recommend improvements to enhance profitability.

Requisitos

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
