We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project management, proposal writing, and vendor coordination within the translation industry. The ideal candidate is passionate about languages and culture, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Coordinate activities related to recruiting, onboarding, managing, and retaining quality vendors.
  • Manage all activities involved with project management and proposal writing.

Key Priorities

  • Ensure all projects are completed on time at the highest quality standards possible.
  • Meet customer deadlines 100% of the time.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction levels above 95%.
  • Ensure all projects meet project profitability goals.
  • Ensure all proposals meet the highest levels of professionalism and accuracy: 100% accuracy rate and 25% proposal conversion rate.
  • Meet proposal deadlines 100% of the time.
  • Maintain a 95% vendor satisfaction rate.
  • Ensure a 75% or higher vendor retention rate.
  • Maintain a 90% accurate vendor invoicing and payment rate.

Requisitos

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Expert in MS Office and Google Apps.
  • Proficiency of translation industry tools such as MemoQ, XTRF/Protemos.
  • Skilled multi-tasker capable of handling time-sensitive projects.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Professional written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly deadline-driven.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing procedures.
  • Familiarity with translation certifications.
  • 1-2 years of experience in contract negotiations.
  • 1-2 years of project scheduling management experience.
  • Diligent in follow-ups.
  • Availability during MT business hours.
