We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional to join our Talent team and lead the recruitment efforts for our enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for high-volume, complex roles and will be adept at building relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive complex recruitment processes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI Data crowd talent specialists/managers.
  • Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for enterprise-level positions.
  • Collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with the company’s objectives.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and market trends.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit with the company culture and role requirements.
  • Facilitate a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with leaders, stakeholders, and HR business partners to define role requirements and expectations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to key stakeholders.
  • Advise and coach hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selection.
  • Stay informed about the Localization and AI industry trends, competitive landscape, and labor market conditions.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s AI reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the company and attract top talent.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years focusing on enterprise accounts and leading teams.
  • Experience recruiting for AI Data projects (data annotation, data labeling, data collection, rating, data relevance etc).
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requisitos

Requirements:

  • Solid team leadership experience with remote and multinational teams (including performance reviews, appraisals, development plans, 1-2-1s etc)
  • Experience with AI Data recruitment (positions in data labelling, data annotation, content rating, data relevance etc).
  • Experience with massive/crowd/community recruitment. Including high volume campaigns for freelance roles.
  • Analytics knowledge. Ideally we are looking for a data-driven individual that is used to oversee KPIs and reporting (at least at a user Level). Big plus if the candidate knows how to create reports themselves (ideally in PBI or a similar tool).
  • Client facing experience. This role will set up recruitment plans from scratch for new client wins and might end up in meetings with our end clients.
