We are looking for an AIS Project Manager!

The purpose of this role is to enable the delivery of high-quality AI data services to our clients, empowering them to harness the full potential of AI and NLP technologies in their operations.

We expect this role to leverage applied experience and knowledge in project management to help develop AI models to engage and collaborate with customers. In our AI Services team, projects are consultative engagements that help our customers launch, improve, or maintain their ML models.

These projects might include:

  • Collecting training data and/or testing data for language models for deployment in multilingual conversational AI, search relevance, or other implementations.
  • Data Annotation/Labeling to improve discovery/search results, model accuracy for sentiment analysis, sensitive content detection, and named entities.
  • Data validation and classification.
  • NLP Consulting.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on all aspects of project performance – quality, productivity, schedule, and budget.
  • Actively monitor production, manage delivery schedules, and ensure compliance with throughput and quality expectations for a portfolio of AI data services projects to one or more clients.
  • Proactively manage communications with customers about project status and risks, and respond promptly to customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate documentation of project workflows, guidelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal quality leads, project managers, linguists, and recruiters to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work closely with the quality team to design and implement quality evaluation protocols.
  • Document quality issues and implement remediation strategies to ensure all client deliverables meet or exceed criteria for quality, timelines, and budget.
  • Coordinate with the solution design team to validate and implement workflows for new service offerings for AI data.

Requisitos

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, engineering, systems, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in operational roles and/or project management, preferably in an AI services or delivery environment.
  • An action-oriented mindset that combines creative problem-solving with the resourcefulness needed to deliver results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on planning and continuous process improvement.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
